So … What do I know? I know that to have the best relationship, and get real results with your Coach, you need someone with skills and knowledge from years of experience of life, fitness education, business, family and health matters.

My passion for fitness became a real commitment when I qualified as a Fitness Instructor in the mid 90’s, and later as a Personal Trainer, and taught studio and stand alone classes in around my community. These included Les Mills Bodypump, Bodycombat and RPM. I have been responsible for setting up and presenting community programmes for people aged 60+ for Primetime Mytimeactive in Bromley and training my own clients as a PT. I am also a Crossfit L1 and Crossfit Kids Trainer.

My qualifications demonstrate total commitment to knowledge of the whole health and fitness industry and my career with children includes years as a Pastoral Support Manager working with vulnerable teens at a state high school. I hold a current FULL DBS certificate.

I have chosen to put all these skills together for developing a successful performance coaching programme for women and for children that will give ability and knowledge about their own strength, both physically and from within.
